I offer a range of workshops for leaders and teams who want more than another slide deck – and are ready to actually shift how they work.

From sharp online power hours to experiential sessions with horses or on a climbing wall, each workshop is designed to build clarity, confidence and courage – so you can question old success scripts, strengthen presence and boundaries, and bring more freedom, flow and fun into how you lead and live.

Depending on what you need, we can work together through focused online trainings, experiential sessions, or tailor‑made workshops for your team – always practical, human, and directly linked to your real leadership challenges.

Online Workshops & Power Hours

I offer short, focused online sessions for leaders and teams who want practical tools they can use straight away. Topics include:

  • Find Your Superpower – identify and articulate your transferable strengths across roles and sectors.
  • Beyond the Job Board – portfolio careers and cross‑sector moves for midlife professionals.
  • Rebel Energy at Work – how to use your inner rebel for healthy challenge, not burnout or conflict.
  • Non‑Violent Communication in Real Life – saying what needs to be said with clarity and respect.

These sessions can run as stand‑alone power hours or as part of a tailored series for your team.

Experiential Workshops

I’m testing and co‑creating experiential workshops – most in partnership with trusted experts – for leaders and teams who want to get out of the meeting room. Formats include:

  • Horse‑Assisted Coaching – with horses as gentle, honest mirrors of your presence.
  • Adventure Workshops – climbing, high‑rope or mountaineering‑style challenges to work with fear, trust and courage in your body, not just in your head.
  • Nature Workshops – outdoor walks and exercises to reconnect with nature and each other, get your hands dirty – literally – and build your team at the same time.

All formats are about learning through lived, embodied experience – then bringing those insights and behaviours back into the office.

Designing 2026 – Without the Old Success Script

23 January, 13:00–14:00 (online)

Free 1-hour lunchtime Zoom workshop for midlife leaders, executives and founders (around 40–60) who are exhausted by how they work, not by the idea of work itself.
We pause, listen to your intuition, use simple tools from neuroscience and sophrology to get you out of your head and back into your body, and define one meaningful focus and one small, intentional next step for 2026 – by your rules.

Equine‑Assisted Leadership Discovery

29 January, 13:30–16:00 (Massongy, France)

Small‑group discovery session (max 5 participants) for midlife leaders, who want gentle, honest feedback on their leadership presence and boundaries, run in partnership with 3P Coaching.

Working on the ground with horses (no riding), you get a first feel for horse‑assisted coaching and how horses mirror themes like confidence, trust and inner authority – then bring those insights back into how you lead.

Session run in French or English.

Climbing‑Based Leadership & Team Workshop

March (date TBC)

 Experiential workshop on a climbing wall for leaders and teams who want to work with trust, courage and communication in real time.

You step out of the meeting room and into your body – navigating fear, asking for support, and testing clear communication under pressure – then translate those lessons directly back into everyday leadership and teamwork.

Planned location: grimper.ch in Meyrin/Satigny (to be confirmed).
